Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. I cannot reinstall windows since I would lose access to programs that are installed to which I no longer have the installation files for. I cannot find any other drivers available. ![]() The working USB 3.1 driver is ASMedia driver 1.16.33.1 My current windows version is 1511 build 10586.164, the USB driver is 6.0 It now shows a yellow warning in Device manager with a default Code 39 error. ![]() While the USB 3.1 port usually works fine providing my solution of a USB hub on that one port supporting all USB devices, the main USB driver supporting the other 6 USB ports on motherboard has only worked I have been having USB issues since I moved over. Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac Motherboard along with an Intel Core i5 6500 6M processor and 16GB GSKill RAM - I then ported over my existing Samsung 840 EVO SSD which was previously upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on another system.
